AntheDesign is recruiting a Junior Traffic Manager (M/F) – Agency experience required

Are you passionate about acquiring digital traffic, rigorous in your data approach, and have you already cut your teeth in web or marketing agencies? Join AntheDesign, an independent digital agency established in the Oise region since 2012.

Your role

As part of our digital strategy department, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of acquisition levers (SEO, SEA, analytics) for a portfolio of clients from various universes.

Your main missions:

• manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn acquisition campaigns, etc.
• participate in the implementation of SEO strategies: technical audit, semantic optimization, link building;
• Set up and track performance with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• produce performance-oriented and ROI-oriented analyses, recommendations and reports;
• ensure sector monitoring (algorithms, tools, digital trends).

Desired profile

You have at least 2 years of experience in a digital agency on web acquisition missions (SEA / SEO). You are comfortable with Ads tools (Google, Meta), analytics platforms, tracking and data visualization. You are rigorous, methodical, and you like to look for concrete solutions to business objectives. You know how to collaborate with creative, technical and strategic profiles.

An appetite for SEO writing or UX will be a real asset.
